Permission to view the live stream or a recorded hearing is subject to the restrictions set out in the Māori Land Court, Māori Appellate Court or Waitangi Tribunal’s media guidance relating to the use of such records. Essentially, no-one may reproduce the livestream, or any part thereof, without the permission of the presiding judge or officer.
To preserve the integrity of the hearing process and to protect the privacy of those involved in the proceeding, every time you access a live stream or recorded hearing you must agree to these terms and conditions for viewing. If you don't agree to the terms and conditions, you won't be able view the hearing.
