Concerning: concerns disparities in health outcomes between Māori and non-Māori resulting from the delivery of services by ACC. The claimant alleges that the Crown has breached the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi by: • Implementing the Accident Compensation Act 2001, which fails to provide a fair scheme for managing personal injury, fails to ensure that Māori claimants receive fair compensation and fails to ensure positive claimant interactions with ACC; and • Failing to adequately ensure that ACC is meeting its duties and statutory obligations to Māori.
