The claimant alleges that the Crown has breached the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi by failing to: •Provide appropriate resources, support and facilities for Ngāti Kahungunu children to access the highest attainable standard of mental healthcare within their rohe; •Actively protect the mental health and wellbeing of Ngāti Kahungunu children; and •Work in partnership with Ngāti Kahungunu children and whānau to address their mental healthcare needs.
