Concerning: This claim concerns the Crown's recognition of the Ngātiwai Trust Board's Deed of Mandatae to negotiate the settlement of the historical Treaty claims of Ngātiwai. The claimant alleges that the Crown has breached the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi by failing to actively protect his taonga and other interests. The claimant also alleges that he is suffering significant and irreversible prejudice as a result of the Crown's recognition of the Ngātiwai Trust Board's Deed of Mandate.
