This publication, by Dr Grant Phillipson, was written in response to claimant requests and is designed to assist claimants in preparing their claims for a Tribunal inquiry. It provides a step-by-step guide for preparing claimant evidence, describes the types of information that the Tribunal needs, and outlines a process to follow when identifying the issues that have to be covered and providing evidence about those issues. The Claims Process for the Waitangi Tribunal: Information for Claimants

This publication, by Geoffrey Melvin, provides claimants and potential claimants with general information about making a claim to the Waitangi Tribunal. Waitangi Tribunal Bibliography, 1975–2005

This publication, by Tim Shoebridge, is a major new resource for the study of New Zealand society in the past and present. It provides an accessible guide to the Waitangi Tribunal's research work and publications. The Bibliography is ideal for people working in the field of Treaty research and jurisprudence, for students of New Zealand history and society, and for the general public.
