Keita Walker

Ngāti Porou

Involved with education for over 20 years, Keita Walker has been a member of various committees advising the Government on Māori language in schools, Tomorrow's Schools, Te Kohanga Reo, and rural education. She has worked for the Ministry for the Environment, the Department of Māori Affairs, and Te Puni Kōkiri on community development issues and is a respected Ngāti Porou kuia.

Keita Walker was appointed to the Tribunal in 1991.
